A weight loss diet doesn't need to be boring. In fact, for a diet to be successful it shouldn't be boring at all. To ensure it is a sustainable lifestyle change the food choices need to enjoyable and not be something which is stuck to for a few weeks before we go reaching for the biscuit tin!
For most people weight loss can be achieved by simply limiting portion sizes, drinking more water, and opting for healthy snacks between meals to curb hunger and keep the metabolism fired up. Add a few weight loss workouts into the mix each week and many will shift into a caloric deficit and lose weight.
