Zup! As the topic says, ive been lifting for about a year, shown pretty good progress, especially first 6 months.
Done some power lifting competetions now on the later end, still showing some small increases but it feels a bit slow.
DL 150 BP 80 SQ 115 @ 59kg as latest competetion.
Train about 5 times a week. Often for "too long", can be like 1 hour DL and then other (mostly back) exercises for 1-2 hours. Of course with a lot of rest between DL sets and then some jaw training...
Would like to imagine at least a small cycle would help me get most of the 3 hours i spend at the gym, intensify it and make me recover faster between sets?
Been looking at Winstrol for a first cycle, suitable? Any other suggestions? Does it show up on a drug test after cycle is over?
Looking to get some more defintions as well, not just strength.
