Create A New Diet Sheet

Create a diet sheet to calculate macronutrient and calorie totals, taking the guess work out of your nutrition. Fill in the meal time, and then enter the items that make up that meal. Either enter your own data (Food/Drink Name, Protein g, Carbs g, Fat g, and Calories) OR choose an item from the drop down menu to use our stored data, and be sure to enter in the serving size.

Once you have entered your first meal you can enter another meal by clicking on "Add Another Meal" and filling out the information again. If you add a meal by mistake you can delete that particular meal by clicking on "Delete Meal" located directly beneath the meal you wish to delete.

Once you are happy with the information you have filled in click on "Save Meal Plan" to view the meal plan so you can print it off, and if you wish you can save your meal plan on our system for later viewing and furthermore you can link directly to the meal plan from other web sites (have your own unique URL for your saved meal plan(s)).
