Strike & Submit is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) club based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The club is for fighters aged 18 or over, of any size, weight or experience. Our members range from complete beginners to fighters experienced in different disciplines. Many of our members have had a cage fight, or will shortly be fighting in a cage.

Every fighter in our club respects the others, and is definitely not there to prove a point or hurt an opponent. We are all there to become, and help others become, better fighters.

Our syllabus is an equal split between: Ground work (with striking), Standing striking, Clinch work (striking and take downs) and sparring.

We are recognised as an official sports club, and are fully insured.

Prices

£35 for annual licence/insurance, which includes 4 free sessions

After 4 free sessions, £5 per session

Conditioning £2.50 per session

No one gets onto the mat and trains without a licence, no exceptions.

Licences take approx 2-3 weeks to arrive

Opening times

Saturday: 12:40pm - 2pm (conditioning)

Sunday: 3:50pm - 6pm (MMA)
