  1. Find Olympic weight plates which are of a suitable weight for you to handle.
  2. Pinch the plates, keeping torso erect and back straight.

  1. Continue to keep good body posture, whilst pinching onto the plates for desired amount of time.

Plate pinches are an effective tool for those who wish to work on their grip and finger strength.

Progressively add greater resistance over time by pinching heavier plates, or holding the plates for a greater amount of time.
