The following ingredients were taken from the Multipower web site; (Wildberry flavour) Natural Mineral Water, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Saccharose, Citric Acid, Flavouring, Tri-Potassium Citrate, Tri-Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Preservatives: E211 and E202, Colours: E122 and E131. E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Energy Charge is an energy drink which is designed to be drunk before and during your workout to ensure optimal energy levels. This is achieved by the inclusion of easily absorbed short chain carbohydrates. Gym goers may find this product helpful if they experience low energy levels during workouts. Please note; low energy levels could be the signs of poor dietary structure close to training or a medical condition, so always seek medical advice if you experience lower than normal energy levels.

I tried the Wildberry flavour, which was very pleasant and refreshing. The sports bottle is highly convenient for taking to the gym or out when performing cardio.
