The benefits of Green Kick are said to be (taken from the Multipower web site):

  • Workouts are “kick started” and the metabolism is activated due to the Caffeine Guarana and Taurine.
  • Cell protection during training due to the anti oxidant Taurine.

Caffeine and Taurine are popular pre workout substances, so their use within a pre workout drink is understandable. Caffeine is a stimulant which can increase alertness and energy levels, and is therefore commonly taken by those on low calorie diets prior to exercise. Peoples tolerance to Caffeine may decrease over time, especially if tea, coffee and energy drinks is commonplace in ones consumption.

Taste of Green Kick

Green Kick is a pleasant, still energy drink. Multipower recommends drinking one bottle prior to training, but the sport cap bottles do make it easy for the drink to be consumed over the course of a workout if required.
