Multipower Creatine Creapure
Creapure is 100% Creatine monohydrate.
According to the Multipower web site; Creapure… “May contain traces of milk protein, egg, soya and gluten”. This supplement is also suitable for vegetarians.
According to the Multipower web site, the benefits of supplementing with Multipower Creatine Creapure are:
Creatine monohydrate is an extremely popular supplement among bodybuilders, strength athletes and general gym goers. There are two main reasons with its popularity; its effectiveness and its price. Creatine, for most users, can help increase strength and workout endurance as Creatine aids the replenishment of energy for muscle contractions. Creatine has also been shown to help muscle growth, and users often welcome the cell volumising effects of the supplement whilst they use it, which can add several pounds of bodyweight and fill out muscles. Creatine monohydrate is defiantly worth a try for anyone interested in gaining muscle mass and strength.
Creapure is pretty much tasteless and mixes very well with fruit juice. I would avoid any front loading phrases, and instead take 3g of Creapure each day for a six week period.
