Top tips! Couldn't have done a better job myself :)

@ Aaron - I've been hearing about green tea a lot over the last few years. I decided to incorporate 2-3 cups into my daily diet a few weeks back and I definitely do feel better for it. It's not a huge difference, but it's noticable. I'm not 100% sure that 5 cups is necessary to feel the difference, but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to have that many. Drinking green tea would be a good move for regular tea drinkers that drink numerous cups of tea every day.

The more I hear about it the more I realize I need to add green tea to my diet. I've read it is supposed to also help stimulate bone formation, boost exercise endurance primarily through fat utilization, protect dental and gum health, and fight certain harmful bacteria.
