Wishing everyone a peaceful Christmas

Firstly, thank you to the tens of thousands of visitors we get to the web site each month. We have been around for roughly three years now, and since then our traffic volume has steadily increased as our resources have grown. Next year will prove to an important year for the site. Sometime after the New Year we hope to redesign and re-structure the site, with the aim being to improve functionality, navigation, and branding. As our visitor numbers increase and the web site becomes a more professional outfit we hope greater commercial opportunities will arise which will allow for greater resources on Fitness Uncovered. There will be no articles created over the next one to two weeks due to the Christmas break, so I hope everyone has a peaceful Christmas with their families.
