		<description>I'm with you.  Articles like that are discouraging rather than encouraging to the average person looking for motivation for improving his or her lifestyle.  Anyone reading that would think "well, I don't have time for that!  What's the point."  Any activity is going to improve one's overall health, whether it be a half-hour walk during your lunch hour or getting up a little earlier in the morning for a little yoga practice with a DVD.  The important thing is to just get moving!  Good things will happen both physically and mentally.</description>
