		<description>I&#039;m with you.  Articles like that are discouraging rather than encouraging to the average person looking for motivation for improving his or her lifestyle.  Anyone reading that would think &quot;well, I don&#039;t have time for that!  What&#039;s the point.&quot;  Any activity is going to improve one&#039;s overall health, whether it be a half-hour walk during your lunch hour or getting up a little earlier in the morning for a little yoga practice with a DVD.  The important thing is to just get moving!  Good things will happen both physically and mentally.</description>
