Supplement shakers are popular for those “on the go” who have to instantly mix their powders with milk, water or fruit juice. Great product to keep in the gym bag and car to ensure you can mix your shakes instantly after a workout at the gym, or whilst out and about.

I picked the MP blender shaker due to its price, and quirky looking blending ball which enhances the mixing ability – nice idea! It has received decent reviews, and for a couple of quid, you can not really go wrong.

I believe dips and pull ups are awesome for back, chest, shoulder and arm development. A dipping/chinning belt will be a worthwhile investment if you are at the level of adding greater resistance to these two great exercises.
